Supervision available in areas of staff interest; research areas include: Access to justice; arbitration and alternative dispute resolution; comparative law; discrimination; European law; human rights; law enforcement; legal education; legal practice and the legal profession; legal services; legal skills; legislative studies and legislative drafting.

Applicants normally require a Master's degree of a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard in a subject appropriate to the programme; applicants whose 1st language is not English are required to provide recent evidence of proficiency in the English language.
