University of Westminster

Course Introduction

Westminster is the top'ranked university in London for undergraduate courses in hospitality, event management and tourism in the Guardian University Guide 2015, and we were one of only two English universities to be awarded the top score for teaching excellence in tourism in the most recent National Assessment for Quality. As a tourism student you will study at our newly refurbished Marylebone Campus, where a '20m development has provided world'class facilities including a substantial 24'hour library. We are in an unrivalled position for you to study tourism, based in central London and surrounded by tourist attractions, hotels, events venues and transport hubs. We use our location to great effect, and you will benefit from the strong connections and regular contact with professional bodies, and the leading practitioners involved in the delivery of our courses. Our teaching team includes academics drawn from backgrounds in event planning, destination management and tourism policy.
