The course provides designers with in'depth knowledge of analogue, mixed signal and digital circuits; also experience with both the practical issues of device'level design and system'level performance requirements.
Modules include: analogue integrated circuits and systems; analogue signal processing; full'custom integrated circuit design; VHDL and logic synthesis. Optional modules include: advanced electronic devices; digital signal processing and filters; embedded systems; high performance analogue electronics; high performance computing for engineers; instrumentation; MEMS and nanotechnology.
