Course Modules

Year 1: Introduction to financial accounting; cost accounting in organisational context; quantitative and analytical skills for finance and accounting; introduction to economics. Year 2: Management accounting; business and company law; accounting information systems; advanced financial accounting; option: project management and business research in accounting and finance or one chosen from: business taxation, intermediate economics, financial markets and institutions, business in the global economy, economics of the European Union or a language. Year 3: Optional sandwich year. Final year: Finance; strategic financial management; options chosen from: dissertation, auditing, designing financial applications, employment and marketing law, north'south economic relations, economic decision making and forecasting, economics of finance and investment or a language.
