This programme aims to produce graduates who are able to realise a production from initial idea through to the first night, and who understand theatre from an international perspective.
Level 1 modules: world stages 1; the body as material; the voice as material; the actor as instrument; actor, image and stage; media technology for the screen; introduction to study and IT skills. Level 2 modules: world stages 2; creating a character; creating a performance; study abroad (term 2); study abroad essay. Level 3 modules: world stages 3; acting for the camera; major performance project (development); major performance project (completion); Shakespeare in international performance.
