Course Introduction

The script is the cornerstone of television and film production. From the point of conception through to the realisation of the final work, the script forms the spine, structure and design of the final creative project, and all production ideas, decisions and executions emanate from it. This degree aims to develop the new breed of writer'producers with the ability to both create work and produce it, and the skills to operate on both sides of the traditional 'boundary' between different roles.
