This is a research led and applied programme for experienced professionals designed to maximise students investment in a global executive career. Internal and external events and training allows students to get the most from the course by activities such as annual international business tours, visits to companies in the UK, networking with companies on campus, employee best practice competencies training workshops, business games and simulations, high'profile corporate guest speakers, showcase events to present student work to global companies, on'campus recruitment fairs. With the general management specialization, students gain a more informed output into senior management decision making or consultancy within the industry. It focuses on giving students the skills of practical application of knowledge to solving contemporary business issues, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, maximizing assets and turning them into a more profitable future.

Managers and other professionals. English language requirements: IELTS: 6.5 (min 6 in all areas); Pearson: 58 (51 in all subscores); BrunELT 65 percent (min 60 percent in all areas). Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years full time work experience at managerial or professional level following their degree; a UK Honours degree or its overseas equivalent; significant/focused sector experience with responsibility for either people, resources and/or budget which is supportable by official documentary evidence. If academic criteria have not been satisfactorily met, the following may be considered: GMAT score of 550, if 2.2 or less or not Honours; mature candidates and experienced professionals with many years of work experience where academic qualifications are not very strong; LBIC pre'Master's qualification, if 2.2 or less or not Honours; candidates who graduated recently and are less experienced (5 or less years of work experience); where academic qualifications are from recognised institutions but at a lower level (and who may also require improvement of English proficiency skills); Brunel MBA Admissions Test, in the form of 2 questions, which are close to the form and style of content experienced (in part) on the Brunel MBA level, followed by a telephonic interview.
