How to Activate Your Study London Account

Are you having problems activating your account or resetting your password? Follow these steps:

  1. Register with us using a valid email address
  2. Activate your account. Once registered, you will be sent an email to the email address you registered with. You need to open this email and click on the activation link inside the email. Remember to check your junk or spam folder for an email from info@studylondon.ac.uk.
  3. Add info@studylondon.ac.uk to your friend or contact list in your email account. This will prevent important emails from us being sent to your junk or spam folder.
  4. Still can't access you account? Try resetting your password. You can only reset your password once you have activated your account (see step 2). Remember to check your junk or spam folder for the email.
